[Solved] How to fix Error Code 963 in Google Play Store

Here are a few quick tips about how to correct Error code 963 Android at Google Play Store while updating programs in Google Play Store on their Android cellphone or tablet.   • Open Settings >> Apps >> All
  • Scroll down and choose “Google Play Store” >> Uninstall Updates

Method 3: Unmount SD card

  • Open Settings >> Storage >> Scroll down and select “Unmount SD Card”
  • Open Google Play Store >> Download or update the app (or game) that was causing error
  • Then go to Storage >> Re-mount the SD card

Using SD card as internal storage

If your device is running Android 6.0 Marshmallow functioning system there’s a feature called “adoptable storage” that lets you merge your internal storage and outside storage (microSD card) to one drive. Plenty of new devices like LG G4, Moto X Pure and HTC One A9 support this attribute. Before enabling this feature be certain that you have a fast microSD Card not these cheapo ones using slow read/write speeds. Additionally, note that once our micro SD card has been adopted, it will merge with the device storage and eliminating it will likely cause a whole lot of crashes. Here are the steps to set up adoptable storage on Android 6.0:

  1. Insert your SD card into your phone/tablet
